Delivery Policy
Meublek will contact the buyer to provide an estimated delivery date for the ordered merchandise.
Please note that the estimated delivery date is subject to change depending on product availability, the delivery location, site conditions, and circumstances beyond Meublek’s control. These circumstances may include:
- Weather conditions
- A supplier’s failure to meet delivery deadlines
- Mechanical breakdowns
- Postal or transportation delays
- Other similar unforeseen circumstances
For these reasons, Meublek cannot be held responsible if the originally scheduled delivery date is not met.
Preparing for Delivery
When delivery is made to the buyer’s home, the buyer must ensure that all doorways, stairways, hallways, and the designated storage or placement area are large enough to allow the delivery personnel to perform their work safely and without restriction.
The entrance to the buyer’s residence must be clear, accessible, and free of obstacles at the time of delivery.
Protecting Your Flooring
To help prevent damage, the buyer is advised to protect the flooring inside the home before delivery. For safety reasons, delivery personnel are required to keep their shoes on while completing the delivery.
